Discussion on the priority of earthquake emergency rescue
Based on the actual needs of disaster relief, considering the time difference of earthquake emergency disaster relief demand, we prioritize relief personnel and supplies according to urgency of the demand. In addition, the allocation of rescue force and relief supplies during different emergency period is discussed respectively in this paper.
