A study on an innovative development on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction:Example of effectively implemented governmental functions in Langfang

  • The task of local earthquake prevention and disaster reduction has been implemented by a single governmental department for years, which has caused development bottleneck. This study takes Langfang as an example to demonstrate an innovative system that considers multiple factors, such as local platform construction, resources reconciliation, policy support, and department coordination, etc., in the background of the collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei Province.
