Application of earthquake emergency communication technology in detection of deep crustal structure in the west of Taiwan Strait

  • The technical personnel of Fujian Earthquake Agency have built the maritime information and communication system based on the maritime satellite communication link. The system is divided into two parts: first, the seismic source ship communication system, including satellite communication equipment, network equipment, video camera equipment; second, the OBS ship communication system with the main goal to achieve the audio and video communication. The establishment of the above system realized the real-time transmission of video, image and data between land and sea, and ensured the smooth implementation of" deep structure exploration project of the western crust of Taiwan strait”.
