Pilot Study of the Knowledge Graph and Question-Answering System for Earthquake Communication Network Operation and Maintenance in Shaanxi Province

Facing the challenges of multiple operation and maintenance entities, extensive materials and multiple users, a question-answering system based on the knowledge graph of earthquake communication network operation and maintenance in Shaanxi Province has been established.The system utilizes the Neo4j for knowledge storage , employs the Django framework for system development, achieving the digitization and visualization of network operation knowledge and experience.Meanwhile, a question-answering system based on RAG has been implemented on the basis of the knowledge graph, which can provide accurate answer for users, effectively reduce time costs and improve work efficiency.
