Thoughts and Suggestions on Upgrading and Replacing Earthquake Monitoring Networks and The Design in Disaster Prevention Project

This article summarizes the shortcomings and deficiencies in the construction and operation of China's earthquake monitoring station network, analyzes the trend of modernization development of the monitoring station network, and proposes measures and suggestions for upgrading and replacing China's earthquake monitoring network from the perspective of new development philosophy. It also details the design and implementation of the national disaster prevention project.
