Research on earthquake emergency rapid response system based on python and Tianditu: A case study of Jiangsu

  • 摘要: 为提升地震应急能力,方便震后能够快速获取地震影响场、地震应急专题图件和快速评估报告,研究能够为地震应急决策和救援提供专业技术支持。研究通过QT开发可视化窗体,利用天地图api调用天地图作为底图,天地图逆地理服务API获取基础地理信息,最后叠加地震专题数据。用户输入震中经纬度坐标等信息后,arcpy库自动批量创建震中地区地震专题图件,并利用python-docx库自动产出快速评估报告。实际应用结果表明,python脚本封装后系统程序只有一个单文件,即拷即用,让部署简单,专题图批量生产、自动化产出震情简报等,让应急效率显著提升,地震应急信息化服务水平得到显著进步。
