Summary and reflection on the relocation of the core computer room of Hebei Earthquake Agency

摘要: 河北省地震局核心机房拥有震情速报、地震预报等业务。本文分析了旧核心机房的现状,指出机房搬迁应以业务影响最小化为总体原则,通过新核心机房准备与检查、数据备份与系统检测、设备分类梳理统计与检查、运营商光缆熔纤与链路割接、设备搬迁与除尘、设备加电测试与验收等步骤,完成搬迁工作,这为今后河北省地震局测震、预警、应急等各项业务运行提供了物质基础和有力支撑。针对此次搬迁出现的问题进行总结思考,为其他省局机房搬迁提供借鉴。Abstract: The core computer room of Hebei Earthquake Agency has businesses such as earthquake quick report and earthquake prediction. This paper analyzes the current situation of the old core computer room, and points out that the relocation of the computer room takes the minimization of business impact as the overall principle. Relocation implementation is completed through the steps of preparation and inspection of the new computer room, data backup and system detection, equipment sorting and inspection, operators’ optical cable fusion and link cutover, relocation and dust removal, testing and acceptance on equipment power. The summary and reflection on the problems arising from the relocation provide a material basis and strong support for the future operation of various businesses such as earthquake measurement, early warning and emergency of Hebei Earthquake Agency, and provide reference for the relocation of computer rooms of other Earthquake Agencies.
