摘要: 数字信息技术和移动互联技术的快速发展促进了新媒介传播的蓬勃发展,新媒体的飞速发展给传媒界带来了巨大的冲击和改变,同时也带来新的机遇。必然为防震减灾的宣传工作提供新契机,利用手机、电脑、平板等移动终端与互联网网络平台进行防震减灾的宣传成了最受受众者喜欢和接受的方式,也是传播效应最强的方式。因此,探究数字媒介语境下的传播内容、明晰传播秩序、探析其传播效应、确定传播策略是当今媒体研究的重点议题。本文将立足于当下数字媒介语境下,对其在防震减灾领域的宣传策略进行深入研究。Abstract: The rapid development of digital information technology and mobile internet technology has promoted the vigorous development of new media communication. The rapid development of new media has brought huge impacts and changes to the media industry, as well as new opportunities. It will inevitably provide a new opportunity for the publicity work of disaster prevention and reduction. The use of mobile terminals such as mobile phones, computers, tablets and Internet platforms to promote disaster prevention and reduction has become the most popular and accepted way for audiences, and it is also the most effective way of dissemination. Therefore, exploring the content of communication in the context of digital media, clarifying the order of communication, analyzing its communication effects, and determining communication strategies are key issues in media research today. Based on the current digital media context, this article will conduct an in-depth study on its propaganda strategies in the field of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
