Analysis on the United Nations standby partnership

  • 摘要: 概述了联合国待命伙伴关系，重点介绍了联合国世界卫生组织待命伙伴关系的启动条件及人员选派机制，提炼出联合国待命伙伴关系的运行机制，即日常管理模式、专家名册、合作业务、人员培训和经费保障机制。待命伙伴机制的研究对我国推进与联合国相关机构开展待命伙伴关系合作提供了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the United Nations standby partnership （SBP）, focuses on the SPB’s launch condition and selection mechanism of the United Nations World Health Organization, analysis the United Nations SPB operation mechanism, which contains the daily management, expert roster, cooperation areas, personnel training and fund guarantee mechanism. This study will provide a theoretical basis for China to promote the cooperation with United Nations agencies in SBP.
