Abstract: Since establishment of cadre E-learning of China Earthquake Administration, its work has been widely recognized within the seismic system. However, there are also many issues we’ve seen during these years. The system needs to be re-integrated and optimized in accordance with the real operating conditions, so as to serve the students more effectively.
