Thoughts on systematic optimization and improvement of cadre E-learning of China Earthquake Administration

摘要: 中国地震局干部教育网络学院自推出以来，已在地震系统得到广泛应用，取得了良好的效果。但在多年的运行中也暴露出不少问题，需要结合实际运行情况重新整合系统，进行优化改进，从而更加高效地为广大学员服务。

Abstract: Since establishment of cadre E-learning of China Earthquake Administration, its work has been widely recognized within the seismic system. However, there are also many issues we’ve seen during these years. The system needs to be re-integrated and optimized in accordance with the real operating conditions, so as to serve the students more effectively.
