数字化地下流体观测仪器故障分析

Failure analysis of digital underground fluid observation instrument

  • 摘要: 介绍了SWY-II型数字式水位仪基本工作原理,根据多年工作经验,分析总结几种地震前兆地下流体观测仪器运行故障类型及对应的解决办法。运行故障的种类大致分为:网络通讯故障、供电系统故障、仪器软硬件故障等,其对应的解决方法有:重启设备、更换电源及通信线缆、更换备机备件、维修仪器电路板元器件、软件程序重置及升级等。针对观测仪器故障给出的具体解决方法可以为产出连续、可靠的地下流体观测数据提供技术支撑,同时为地震前兆仪器的维修人员在仪器维修维护方面提供一定的参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the basic working principle of SWY-II digital water level instrument, analyzes and summarizes the operation failure types and corresponding solutions of several kinds of underground fluid observation instruments for earthquake precursors based on years of working experience. The types of operation faults can be roughly divided into: network communication fault, power supply system fault, instrument software and hardware fault, etc. the corresponding solutions are: restart the equipment, replace the power supply and communication cable, replace the spare parts of the standby machine, maintain the circuit board components of the instrument, reset and upgrade the software program, etc. The specific solutions for the fault of the observation instrument can provide technical support for the continuous and reliable observation data of the underground fluid, and provide certain reference for the maintenance personnel of the earthquake precursor instrument in the maintenance of the instrument.
