安徽铜陵农村民居抗震性能普查与研究

Investigation on seismic performance of rural residential buildings in Tongling,Anhui

  • 摘要: 对安徽省铜陵地区农居进行全面普查,根据建筑抗震设计规范和危险房屋鉴定标准,对铜陵地区农居进行了统计和分析,综合判断农居的抗震安全性能。基于建筑工程技术要求,结合安庆地震和阜阳地震震灾特点,分析总结得到造成农居抗震性能薄弱的主要原因包括:农居选址不科学,没有进行科学的设计、规划,施工建设技术不足,使用劣质、不合格建筑材料以及房屋结构不合理等因素。提出了针对农居抗震设防的对策建议,为今后皖南地区农居抗震设防工作提供科学依据和参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the seismic design code of buildings and the identification standard of dangerous buildings, this study carried out a comprehensive survey of rural residential buildings in Tongling city of Anhui Province conducted and evaluated earthquake safety of the buildings. Based on the technical requirement of buildings and characteristics of earthquakes disaster in Anqing and Fuyang city in Anhui Province, the study analyzed the main cause of the weak seismic performance of rural buildings, including unreasonable location, unscientific design and planning, immature construction technology, inferior and substandard building materials, and unreasonable structure of the house. This paper proposed suggestions for the seismic fortification of rural buildings, which will provide scientific basis and reference for the future seismic fortification work in southern Anhui.
