Abstract: At present, seismic fortification management in China is facing a new situation. First, the new generation of GB18306—2015 " China earthquake parameter zoning map”puts forward higher requirements for the overall seismic fortification standards in our country; Second, the State Council and China Earthquake Administration have issued new regulations on the anti-seismic fortification management of major construction projects, in which the evaluation of seismic safety is now mandatory instead of an administrative examination. From the perspective of management, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of the current seismic fortification management model, and discusses the characteristics and construction ideas of the service-oriented seismic fortification management model.
