Abstract:
Addressing the issues of scattered statistics of multi-source data, insufficient information integration, and low intelligence level in the provincial earthquake monitoring station network, this paper proposes a solution based on a virtualized cloud server platform. By integrating a data visualization cockpit with ECharts technology, a smart display platform for basic information of the earthquake monitoring station network in Hubei Province has been constructed. It adopts a B/S architecture to achieve three core functions: (1) a multi-dimensional data visualization screen supporting real-time monitoring and dynamic analysis; (2) full-process basic information management, covering unified governance of professional data such as seismometry, geophysics, and information networks; (3) intelligent operation and maintenance of the station network and product services, enabling full lifecycle management of reports. The platform targets users from seismic stations across the province and earthquake bureaus at the city and county levels. Through automated data aggregation and intelligent analysis, it significantly enhances business efficiency. At the same time, it establishes public data dissemination channels to strengthen social disaster prevention service capabilities. Practice has shown that the system effectively solves the problem of information silos under traditional management models, providing an innovative paradigm for basic information management and display of the station network.
