Abstract:
This paper has discussed the site selection, station type, construction mode, data quality and environmental conditions of the two transportable seismic stations of Earthquake Agency of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, during the emergency transportable seismic network drill in Northwest China in 2020 and 2021. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The wind has a more significant impact on the stations constructed on the ground than the ones buried underground, will cause an increase of horizontal ground noise in the 1-20hz. 2. In the windy area of Northwest China, under the same windproof and heat-retaining conditions, the soil-based stations buried underground have better observation quality and lower ground noise level, compared with the rock-based stations constructed on the ground.
