陕西地震通信网络运维知识图谱及问答系统平台初步研究

Pilot study of the knowledge graph and question-answering system for earthquake communication network operation and maintenance in Shaanxi Province

  • 摘要: 针对陕西地震网络系统运维主体多,运维资料多,服务用户多但运维人员少的难题,设计搭建了一个基于陕西地震通信网络运维知识图谱的问答系统平台。该平台采用Django框架进行系统开发,并基于Neo4j图数据库实现网络运维有关知识存储和本地运维知识数字化、运维经验可视化。同时,在知识图谱基础上,建立基于语言模型和信息检索技术融合的问答系统,为用户或运维技术人员的运维提供精准回答服务,有效减少网络运维工作的时间成本,在很大程度上提升了网络运维工作的效能。

     

    Abstract: Facing challenges of multiple operation and maintenance entities, extensive materials, and multiple users, a question-answering system based on the knowledge graph of earthquake communication network operation and maintenance in Shaanxi Province has been established. The system utilizes Neo4j for knowledge storage, employs the Django framework for system development, and achieves the digitization and visualization of network operation knowledge and experience. A question-answering system based on retrieval-augmented generation was implemented based on this knowledge graph, providing accurate answers to users, effectively reduce time costs, and improve work efficiency.
