陕西地震通信网络运维知识图谱及问答系统平台初步研究

Pilot Study of the Knowledge Graph and Question-Answering System for Earthquake Communication Network Operation and Maintenance in Shaanxi Province

  • 摘要: 针对陕西地震网络系统运维主体多,运维资料多,服务用户多但运维人员少的难题,设计搭建一个基于陕西地震通信网络运维知识图谱的问答系统。平台采用Django框架进行系统开发,并基于Neo4j图数据库实现网络运维有关知识存储和本地运维知识数字化、运维经验可视化。同时,在知识图谱基础上,建立基于语言模型和信息检索技术融合(RAG)的问答系统,为用户或运维技术人员的运维提供精准回答服务,有效减少网络运维工作的时间成本,很大程度提升了网络运维工作效能。

     

    Abstract: Facing the challenges of multiple operation and maintenance entities, extensive materials and multiple users, a question-answering system based on the knowledge graph of earthquake communication network operation and maintenance in Shaanxi Province has been established.The system utilizes the Neo4j for knowledge storage , employs the Django framework for system development, achieving the digitization and visualization of network operation knowledge and experience.Meanwhile, a question-answering system based on RAG has been implemented on the basis of the knowledge graph, which can provide accurate answer for users, effectively reduce time costs and improve work efficiency.
