Abstract:
This article is based on the "Evaluation Indicators and Standards for Observation Quality at Municipal and County Stations" established by the China Earthquake Networks Center in 2022. It evaluates a total of 15 underground fluid observation data in the Chuxiong area, considering the observation environment, observation system, data quality, and forecasting effectiveness. Firstly, it provides clear assessment results for each measurement item. Secondly, for those measurement items that are basically qualified and unqualified, it offers specific solutions and rectification measures based on actual observation conditions. Thirdly, for measurement items with good predictive significance, it provides quantitative tracking indicators. The comprehensive assessment results show that there are 7 qualified measurement items, accounting for 46.7%, while the other 8 measurement items have basic qualification results, with no items rated as unqualified. Based on the evaluation results of various observation projects of underground fluids in the Chuxiong jurisdiction, a grading classification was established to reform observation stations with existing problems, which can effectively improve the monitoring quality of city and county stations, and provide a foundation for future anomaly identification and verification.
