Abstract:
The Chengdu seismic monitoring station network was selected as the study object. The six outstanding problems were systematically analyzed. The ideas and countermeasures for the optimization and integration of the station network of “global co-ordination and step-by-step implementation” were developed: by encrypting the scientific array observation of potential seismic risk areas, implementing geophysical multi-disciplinary and multi-term collaborative observation and integration of resources at the same site of cities and counties, eliminating non-standard equipment and transforming old facilities, carrying out site standardization transformation and intelligent technology upgrading, integrating the city’s seismic monitoring and emergency command system, and deeply sharing provincial monitoring data resources, etc., to build a new modern seismic monitoring network. The optimization scheme focuses on improving the decision-making ability of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and the integration degree of professional station network, which can provide a reference for the upgrading of earthquake monitoring station network in the same type of cities, and effectively support the modernization of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and the development of urban resilience construction.
