河北省地震台站智能化升级改造分析

Analysis of Intelligent Upgrade and Transformation of Seismic Stations in Hebei Province

  • 摘要: 随着地震台站数量增加及无人值守台站规模化,台站传统运维模式面临供电、通信及仪器故障频发等挑战。为提升监测数据质量并降低运维工作压力,河北省地震局依托巨灾防范工程,对全省地震台站实施智能化升级。通过集成智能电源、蓄电池组、交换机及摄像头等设备,构建了台站观测系统正常运行的智能化保障技术系统:智能电源提供仪器供电与远程监控,结合蓄电池组保障市电中断时的持续供电;交换机优化网络通信稳定性;摄像头实时监控设备状态与环境安全。经过智能化升级,实现台站供电异常远程告警、网页终端断电重启,有效缩短故障恢复时间;网络通信设备可靠运行保障数据通信,结合台网中心智能电源管理平台实现全省台站运维统一监控。实践表明,智能化升级有效提升了台站设备连续运行能力、运维效率和观测数据连续率,为河北省地震监测预警台网的可靠性与时效性提供了有力的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: With the increase in the number of earthquake stations and the scaling up of unmanned stations, the traditional operation and maintenance mode of stations is facing challenges such as frequent power supply, communication, and instrument failures. In order to improve the quality of monitoring data and reduce the pressure of operation and maintenance work, the Hebei Provincial Seismological Bureau relies on the Catastrophe Prevention Project to implement intelligent upgrades of seismic stations throughout the province. An intelligent guarantee technology system for the normal operation of the station observation system has been constructed by integrating intelligent power supply, battery pack, switch, and camera equipment. The intelligent power supply provides instrument power supply and remote monitoring, combined with the battery pack to ensure continuous power supply in case of power interruption in the city; Switch optimization for network communication stability; The camera monitors the device status and environmental safety in real-time. Through intelligent upgrades, remote alarms for abnormal power supply at stations and power outages and restarts of web terminals have been achieved, effectively shortening the time for fault recovery; Reliable operation of network communication equipment ensures data communication, combined with the intelligent power management platform of the network center to achieve unified monitoring of station operation and maintenance throughout the province. Practice has shown that intelligent upgrades have effectively improved the continuous operation capability, maintenance efficiency, and observation data continuity of station equipment, providing strong technical support for the reliability and timeliness of the earthquake monitoring and early warning network in Hebei Province.
