基于Python设计模式的地震烈度速报快速产出系统

A rapid output system for seismic intensity rapid reporting developed using Python

  • 摘要: 国家地震烈度速报与预警工程北京子项目竣工通过验收后,北京地区建成了以地震计、强震仪、烈度计构成的平均台站间距9 km的地震烈度速报与预警台网。高密度融合台网,为烈度速报结果准确快速产出提供了数据支撑。为满足北京地震应急工作对烈度速报的需求,结合本地区震情上报实际情况,设计并实现地震烈度速报快速产出系统。该系统采用Python编程,结合ArcGIS的ArcPy地理数据处理库,构建了一套烈度速报专题图模板。当地震发生后,根据地震速报信息系统能够自动下载地震事件波形数据,自动计算仪器烈度值,并调用预制的专题图模板,在正式测定结果后5~10 min内实现强震报告、仪器烈度分布图的自动产出。值班员使用该系统可显著缩短制图和报告生成时间,提升报告和图件产出效率,可向相关部门提供震后地震影响初步信息,为政府和领导初步决策提供信息基础。

     

    Abstract: After the completion of the Beijing subproject of the “National Seismic Intensity Rapid Reporting and Early Warning” project, a seismic intensity rapid reporting and early warning network consisting of seismometers and intensity meters with an average station spacing of 9 km was established in the Beijing area. This high-density integrated network provides data support for the accurate and rapid output of intensity reporting results. To meet the demand for rapid intensity reporting in Beijing’s earthquake emergency response work, and based on local reporting conditions, a rapid output system for earthquake intensity reporting was designed and implemented. The system was developed in Python and integrated with ArcGIS’s ArcPy geographic data-processing library to build a set of rapid intensity reporting thematic map templates. After an earthquake occurs, the rapid reporting information system automatically downloads seismic waveform data, calculates instrument intensity values, and applies prefabricated thematic map templates. Within 5~10 minutes of the official measurement results, strong-motion reports and instrument intensity distribution maps are automatically generated. Use of this system by duty officers can significantly shorten the time required for mapping and report generation, improve the efficiency of report and image production, provide preliminary information on post-earthquake impacts to relevant departments, and offer a basis for government and leadership decision-making.
