Abstract: The Hebei Province Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Information Service Platform integrates four core modules: monitoring and early warning, disaster prevention, emergency response, and popular science education. It has created a four in one collaborative mechanism of "monitoring defense response education" and constructed an intelligent emergency management platform with cross departmental linkage, forming a complete chain earthquake disaster governance system. The construction of the platform was elaborated from the aspects of system architecture, data center, application support system, and business application system.
