Abstract: The Hebei earthquake prevention and disaster reduction information service platform integrates four core modules, namely, monitoring and early warning, disaster prevention, emergency response, and popular science education. It has created a four-in-one collaborative mechanism of monitoring defense response, education, and constructed an intelligent emergency management platform with cross-departmental linkage, forming a complete chain earthquake disaster governance system. The platform construction was elaborated from the aspects of system architecture, data center, application support system, and business application system. The platform enables data sharing and deep mining in the earthquake industry, and provides a digital foundation for building a scientific disaster prevention system in Hebei Province.
