Abstract:
At 11:16 am on June 8, 2024, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 occurred in Youxi County, Sanming City, Fujian Province. After the earthquake, Fujian Earthquake Agency quickly activated the Level V emergency response, and the headquarters dispatched the Post-earthquake Field Work Team to rush to the earthquake-stricken area to carry out Post-earthquake field work as soon as possible. With the cooperation of earthquake and emergency management departments at the city and county levels, the Post-earthquake Field Work Team conducted intensity survey on 35 survey points in the earthquake-stricken area, determined the macroscopic intensity and macroscopic epicenter, delineated the isoseismal contour of the macroscopic intensity. With the help of drone technology, it was found that the main structural types of houses in the earthquake-stricken area are brick-concrete structures and column-and-tie timber frame structures. On this basis, a further analysis was conducted on the weak links in seismic fortification and the potential safety hazards of rural residences in the earthquake-stricken area.
