新疆异地双震预警结果分析及算法改进

Early Warning Processing Results and algorithm improvement for doublet earthquake in Xinjian different places

  • 摘要: 地震预警系统对于双震的处理在世界范围内还是一个待解决的棘手问题,双震情况复杂,不同的双震事件具有很大的差异性。2023年4月新疆新源县发生异地双震,福建预警系统快速响应,发布三报预警信息。首台触发后27.4 s发布第一报预警信息,使用了6个台站的数据。与正式报结果相比,震中偏差131.54 km,震级偏大3.4。通过对预警结果的详细分析发现,根据台站触发的时间顺序和空间位置进行关联,可能将不同的地震震相关联成同一个地震。预警首台的判定错误,造成地震定位、震级计算偏差较大,预警系统中异地双震的处理算法还有待改进和完善。通过峰值加速度的衰减判定地震影响范围,通过首台附近台站触发的比例判定首台是否合理,能够有效改进和完善福建预警系统的异地双震处理算法。

     

    Abstract: The calculation of doublet earthquakes early warning is still an unresolved issue in the worldwide, The situation of double earthquakes is complex and different double earthquake events have great differences. In April 2023, doublet earthquakes occurred in different places of Xinyuan County, Xinjiang Province. The Fujian earthquake early warning system responded quickly and released three early warning reports. The first early warning report was released 1.83 s after the first station was triggered, using data from 6 stations. Compared to the official earthquake catalog, the deviation of the epicenter position is 131.54 km and the magnitude deviation is 3.4. We find that different earthquakes may be associated into the same earthquake by associating the time sequence and spatial position triggered by the station. The judgment error of the first station of the early warning causes a large deviation in the calculation of the earthquake location and magnitude calculation. The processing algorithm of the two earthquakes in the early warning system needs to be improved and perfected. The range of earthquake influence can be determined by the attenuation of peak acceleration and the judgement for reasonableness of the first station can be determined by the triggering ratio of station around the first station, so as to improve and perfect the off-site double-earthquake processing algorithm of the Fujian early warning system.
