Abstract: The cited reference retrieve service is an important reference service carried out by the library of China Earthquake Administration for a long time. This paper introduces the concept and service process of the cited reference retrieve service, the development situation and existing problems of the original cited reference retrieve service in the library of China Earthquake Administration, and the construction of the automatic cited reference retrieve system. Then, the system architecture, software and hardware conditions, system configuration, service interface and main functions of the earthquake library cited reference retrieve system are introduced. The construction experience is summarized, including improving the user experience by improving the reliability and customization of the report data, improving the work efficiency by improving the timeliness and accuracy of the report generation, and avoiding duplication of labor by improving the automation of the retrieval and indexing work. Finally, the next step for future work is put forward.
