Development and application of the intelligent service platform of seismic network

摘要: 为提升省级台网的震情信息服务能力,实现地震信息自动化、智能化的产出与发布,项目研究开发了一套 “地震台网智慧服务平台” 软件系统。该软件系统可实现地震信息的自动接收、自动筛选、自动发布,同时可实现地震信息按时、按需的个性化定制服务,并产出丰富的地震科学产品,为省级地震局的应急决策、应急响应提供坚实的保障,为各级政府的后继处置工作提供有效支撑。Abstract: In order to improve the earthquake information service capability of the provincial network and realize the automatic and intelligent output and release of earthquake information, this project develops a software system named “seismic network intelligence service platform” . This platform realizes the automatic reception, automatic screening and automatic release of earthquake information, personalized customized service of earthquake information on time and on demand, and produces abundant earthquake science products. It provides a solid guarantee for the emergency decision-making and response of the provincial earthquake agency and an effective support for the subsequent disposal of governments at all levels.
