摘要

摘要: 进入新时代，随着经济社会的快速发展，社会公众对公共安全、人身安全、财产安全和环境安全提出了更高要求，进而对防震减灾公共服务提出了高品质和高效率的要求。本文梳理了防震减灾公共服务的相关基本概念、功能，梳理了国家层面和甘肃省近年在公共服务方面的重要举措，对比分析后结合甘肃省实际情况，就如何提高甘肃省防震减灾公共服务水平做出相关思考。

Abstract: In the new era, with the rapid development of economy and society of China, the public put forward higher demand for public safety, personal safety, property safety and environmental safety, and then put forward the demand for a high-quality and high-efficiency service of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation. This paper reviews basic concepts of public services concerning earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation, analyzes the current status of such services at the national and provincial levels, respectively, and presents some strategies on how to improve these services.
