重庆巫山地区地震波Q值结构研究

Study on seismic Q structure in Wushan area of Chongqing Municipality

  • 摘要: 选取重庆数字地震台网2010年1月—2016年12月记录的巫山地区ML≥2.0地震波形资料,利用Atkinson方法计算了重庆巫山地区介质品质因子Q值。结果显示,介质品质因子Q( f )与频率f的关系为Q( f )=175.7f 0.75,巫山地区的Q值高于邻区(巴东和湖北地区)。结合地震活动性分析,该区域构造相对稳定。

     

    Abstract: The seismic waveform data of ML≥2.0 earthquakes recorded by Chongqing Digital Seismic Network were collected between January 2010 and December 2016 for investigating Q structure in Wushan area by using the Atkinson method. A frequency-dependent Q model Q( f )=175.7f 0.75 is obtained for the Wushan area, where the Q is higher than that in its adjacent area, including Badong and Hubei areas. Combining with seismicity, the Q result suggests that the Wushan area is relatively stable.
