四级业务架构下一般监测站运维管理对策研究

Research on operation and maintenance management countermeasures of general monitoring stations under four level business architecture

摘要: 地震台站改革后，大部分工作人员将集中到地震监测中心站工作，一般监测站将实行 “有人看护，无人值守” 运行模式。一般监测站的运维和管理是地震监测中心站工作的一项重要内容。本文针对台站改革后出现的新问题，提出了新对策。

Abstract: After the reform of seismic stations, most of the staff will work at the seismic monitoring center stations, and the general monitoring stations will carry out the operation mode of “supervised and unattended” . The operation, maintenance and management of general monitoring stations is an important part of the work of seismic monitoring central stations. Aiming at the new problems after the station reform, this paper puts forward new countermeasures.
