Design and Practice of an Electronic Visitor Management Model for the Central Computer Room

  • The electronic visitor management model for the central computer room is designed to optimize visitor activities throughout the entire time spectrum and the complete operational workflow. By integrating an information-sharing and risk co-control mechanism within a hierarchical management framework, it establishes an end-to-end automated closed-loop workflow. This model effectively addresses the chronic issues inherent in traditional paper-based registration systems—such as distorted handwritten information, imbalanced visitor access permissions, and untraceable data records—thereby ensuring the authenticity of visitor identities and the compliance of their operational actions. While accommodating the high-security and high-efficiency requirements of modern computer room facilities, the model also significantly enhances the granularity and traceability of information network operations and maintenance. Ultimately, it provides a robust security guarantee for the stable operation of earthquake business systems.
