Pilot study of the knowledge graph and question-answering system for earthquake communication network operation and maintenance in Shaanxi Province

Facing challenges of multiple operation and maintenance entities, extensive materials, and multiple users, a question-answering system based on the knowledge graph of earthquake communication network operation and maintenance in Shaanxi Province has been established. The system utilizes Neo4j for knowledge storage, employs the Django framework for system development, and achieves the digitization and visualization of network operation knowledge and experience. A question-answering system based on retrieval-augmented generation was implemented based on this knowledge graph, providing accurate answers to users, effectively reduce time costs, and improve work efficiency.
