日本地震灾害评估信息系统概述

Earthquake disaster assessment information system in Japan

  • 摘要: 大地震发生时,国家政府机关有责任有义务保护人民的生命及财产安全,迅速恢复受灾地区的社会秩序和生活环境。因此,政府机关要充分利用数字化信息系统,依靠实时分析结果迅速展开有序有效的应急救灾工作。以日本政府采用的地震灾害评估信息系统为例,针对系统的设计思路与实际应用展开叙述。

     

    Abstract: When destructive earthquake occurs, the state government has responsibilities and obligations to protect people’s lives and property, and to restore the social order and living environment of the affected areas promptly. Therefore, the government agencies make full use of the digital information system, and rely on real-time analysis results to carry out an orderly and effective emergency relief work quickly. Taking the earthquake disaster assessment information system adopted by the Japanese government as an example, this paper describes the design idea and practical application of the system.
