Abstract:
When destructive earthquake occurs, the state government has responsibilities and obligations to protect people’s lives and property, and to restore the social order and living environment of the affected areas promptly. Therefore, the government agencies make full use of the digital information system, and rely on real-time analysis results to carry out an orderly and effective emergency relief work quickly. Taking the earthquake disaster assessment information system adopted by the Japanese government as an example, this paper describes the design idea and practical application of the system.
