云南云县地震台迁建观测站概述

Overview of the relocation of Yunxian Seismic Station in Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 大临铁路的修建,对云县地震台地震观测环境造成严重干扰。为支持重大项目建设,妥善处理铁路建设与地震观测环境保护的关系,云南省地震局确定以“主体保住云县地震台,受影响大的测项迁出到合适的场地”为原则来解决云县地震台观测环境保护问题。迁建过程中,地震部门高度重视,建立协调推进机制,并依法科学决策;台站干部职工主动介入,密切配合,积极作为;选址充分考虑地质条件、背景噪声和人文环境等方面因素。目前,迁建观测站已基本建成,取得的经验及教训,可为其他地震台站观测环境保护工作提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The construction of Dali-Lincang railway has caused serious interference to the seismic observation environment of Yunxian Seismic Station. In order to support the construction of major projects and properly handle the relationship between railway construction and environmental protection of seismic observation, Yunnan Earthquake Agency determined to solve the problem of observation environmental protection of Yunxian Seismic Station based on the principle of “keep the the main body of Yunxian Seismic Station and move the most affected measurement items to a suitable site”. In the process of relocation, the seismic department attached great importance to it, established a coordination and promotion mechanism, and made scientific decisions according to law; The cadres and staff of the seismic station intervene actively, cooperate closely and act actively; Geological conditions, ambient noise, human environment and other factors were fully considered in the site selection. At present, the relocated observation station has been basically completed. The experience and lessons obtained can provide reference for the observation environmental protection of seismic stations.
