地震科技档案分类法及档号编制的现状分析与对策探讨

Analysis and strategy discussion on status of classification and archival code of earthquake science and technology archives

  • 摘要: 随着我国防震减灾事业的快速发展,地震科技创新和地震信息化建设日新月异。国家地震重大科技项目不断增加,但与之相对应的地震科技档案管理方式却明显滞后,地震科技档案分类法和档号编制方法还在沿用着25年前的规定,不适应新时期国家档案管理标准且与新形势下地震科技发展要求相脱节。因此,如何对地震科技档案进行科学的分类与编制档号,以适应当下防震减灾事业发展的需求,为地震科研工作提供优质高效服务,是亟待解决的问题。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s earthquake prevention and mitigation, earthquake science and technology innovation and earthquake information construction are changing day by day. The national seismic science and technology projects are increasing, but the development of corresponding information technology of seismic science and technology archives is lagging behind. The classification method and file number compilation method of seismic science and technology archives are still using the regulations of 25 years ago, which are out of line with the requirements of national archives management standard and the development of seismic science and technology innovation under the new situation. Therefore, how to scientifically classify and compile file numbers for seismic science and technology archives to meet the current needs of the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and to provide efficient services for earthquake research is an urgent problem to be solved.
