非火山震颤研究综述

A review on non-valcano tremor

  • 摘要: 非火山震颤是在远离火山地区观测到的一种具有较长持续时间,没有明显体波到时的地震波信号,与振幅相似的小震相比,非火山震颤的高频成分几乎没有。非火山震颤常在环太平洋俯冲带以及转换断层的板块交界面被探测到,并且有些非火山震颤伴随着慢地震,还能被远震面波诱发,但对于诱发非火山震颤所必需的环境尚不明确。中国是地震频发的国家,具有东南沿海俯冲带以及多个大断层构造环境,这就给国内非火山震颤的研究提供了非常充分的研究环境。本文对非火山震颤的研究历史进行了梳理,并综述其定义、识别、定位、成因以及研究现状。

     

    Abstract: Non-volcano tremor represents seismic signal observed away from volcanic regions with long durations, unclear body wave arrivals, and spectra depleted in high-frequency energy compared with regular earthquakes of similar amplitude. Non-volcano tremor is usually detected in circum-Pacific subduction zone and near transform faults. Meanwhile, non-volcano tremor is often associated with slow-slip events, and can be triggered by surface waves of teleseismic events. The necessary environment of tremor generation is not clear yet. China is a country with frequent earthquakes due to the south-east coast subduction zone and many large faults. Those factors provide sufficient environment for non-volcano tremor research. Therefore, this paper summarizes the identification, location, generation, and current situation of non-volcano tremor.
